- Developed libraries of potential inhibitors for the first membrane dedicated enzyme of the
glycosylation pathway- PglC, of Campylobacter jejuni.
- Streamlined a solid-phase synthesis for this library.
- Analyzed inhibition of PglC and TcdB enzymes using Promega UMP-Glo, UDP-Glo
glycosyltransferase detection assays.
